ABOUT KTSU
Kunshan Kensetsu Buhin Co.,Ltd. is the Sino-Japanese joint venture enterprise ,specialize in the undercarriage parts for construction and agriculture machinery. Our main products include Track Roller, Carrier Roller, Front Idler, Sprocket, Track Chain Assembly applied to hydraulic excavator, bulldozer, paving machine and agricultural machine, a great variety with over 3000 items.
Our company is located in the Economy and Technology Development Zone of Shipai, Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province, China, 50 km away from Shanghai. It covers an area of 70,000 sq. meters, in which 45,000 sq. meters are building area. Its traffic and transportation are very convenient and it enjoys exceptional advantages of economic and geographical conditions.

Advanced CAD and CAM technology are adopted for designing and developing. Specialized designing and hi-tech manufacturing ensure the high quality products.
Production equipment
Composed by two pieces of forged semi-roller shell, the entire roller shell is welded by NITTO friction welding machine, CO2 automatic welding & Robot welding.

• Processed by CNC lathes and CNC machine tools, ensuring the ultra precision and stability of product dimensions.
• The precise assembly process and high-quality and reliable floating sealing group achieve perfect sealing and lubricated rotation of the rollers
